Brentwood Middle School Replacement

A three-story, 211,000 square foot new middle school, this project will serve 1500 students in the Brentwood Community. The project was carefully planned to allow for continued use of the existing middle school on site during the phased construction of the new building. The final product will be arranged around a multipurpose field with a quad-like feel, providing a sense of connection and community within the Brentwood High & Middle School Campus.

Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center

Williamson County Schools acquired the former Columbia
State Community College building neighboring the Franklin
High School Campus. As phase 2 of the rehabilitation of this
building, J+B guided the design vision for the EIC program to
include a maker space lofted above a high bay collaboration
space, large and small gathering areas, and a coffee bar/
cafe to be run by students in the EIC program.

Christ Presbyterian Academy

A new, 3-story high school building on the Christ Presbyterian campus, this project added much needed, academic, science, and arts spaces to the existing campus. The design provided a distinct entry to the high school and multi-story commons space overlooking the athletics fields. The building is two stories on the entry facade, and three in the rear, working with the natural topography of the sloping site.
