MFRD Station #4
The design of the station includes four apparatus bays, office areas, a small police precinct, a storage mezzanine, separate exterior storage, a museum type space, and living and ancillary areas to accommodate 13 personnel. A challenging site, the building pad and surrounding grade had to be raised above the 500 year flood level to support an essential services building.
